This the the procedure. Everything gets drawn onto MDF and then the tile goes on! That simple! Not really but hey, who really needs to know all the details. This was a Christmas gift for my parents. I was driven up from Florida in December 2005!
I have been working with tile since before I was in High School. There is just something about piecing together tiles that captures me, relaxes me and makes all my worries go away. Though most of my work is in Black & White, I do like to work with color. I enjoy focusing on a wish of a particular individual or family. It gives the long hours more meaning. Most of my pieces have taken between 18 and 30 hours; obviously this was before Baby Jett!
